You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, reach out to our customer care team at hello@heraldsclothing.com with your order number. You'll find this number in the confirmation email we sent you or on the invoice that arrived with your items.

Once we review and approve your return, we'll provide you with detailed shipping instructions. Please note: we're unable to accept returns that haven't been pre-approved.

Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, with one exception: if the return is due to our mistake—such as shipping the wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective piece. All returned merchandise must be shipped to our warehouse in Asia at the following address: Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, 315100 Ningbo, Zhejiang, China

Keep in mind that customs delays are outside our control and don't constitute grounds for returning an item. For bundle orders, every item in the bundle must be returned together—we can't process partial bundle returns.

Item Condition Standards

All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original state. This means unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. We may decline returns that display signs of wear, use, or damage.

We Pay Shipping When...

If your order shows up damaged, defective, or in the wrong color or variation, we'll take care of the return shipping. Just contact our team within 30 days of delivery, and we'll guide you through the process.

Remember: bundle purchases must be returned as a complete set. We don't accept returns of single items from multi-item bundles.

Want to Exchange Something?

The fastest way to exchange is to return your original item first. After we've approved and processed your return, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Problems with Your Order?

Check your order right when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery. We'll fix the situation and cover return shipping costs in these cases.

Refund Processing

Once your returned items reach our warehouse, we'll inspect them within 2–4 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued during this period.

Your refund should appear in your account within 10 business days, though this can vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If it's been over 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven't seen your refund, please email us at hello@heraldsclothing.com.
